Be Flexible…in your evidence-based practice, without caving to avoidance of the client.
Be Aware…of identities, nuances, power, context. Become a politicized counselor.
Retain your everything…your own therapeutic values, vocabulary, style. Don’t erase yourself out of the EBP.
