Incense, a Journal, and Chat GPT

Incense, a journal, and Chat GPT...and let's be honest, a cup of coffee!

This is what I set out for myself as I blocked off some hours to untangle my thoughts around Lloyd Collective. To be completely honest and transparent, I've felt really stuck when it comes to Lloyd Collective lately. The branding isn't quite right, I don't like the name of Create Opportunity (new one coming soon!) and I just don't feel the joy in the business the way I did when I started it about five years ago.

Don't get me wrong, I still LOVE helping hearlers become business owners. That light has *not* dimmed. But the everyday wear-and-tear of marketing, brainstorming and just pushing-through has become a challenge. I work from inspiration, and lately, I haven't had as much. My SCORE business mentor reminds me this is a normal phase of growth for any business. That still doesn't get me unstuck.

So, this morning I did what I always do when tasked with something hard. Poured myself some coffee. Grabbed pen and paper. Put on some music. Lit some incense (this one makes no sense, I'll admit). And something new: added Chat GPT in the mix.

Now my problems which felt amorphous, indescribable and confusing (which caused me to feel quite avoidant regarding the business) have become clear. I know exactly where the cracks are. I can put them into words. SOLVABLE is within my sight. And best of all, I feel creative and hopeful again.

More to come on all of this, but just a reminder that Chat GPT makes a great business consultant (almost, but not quite, as good as a human consultant!).

Hope you're doing well, and hope you're feeling like things are solvable. And if you've been feeling stuck too, I'd love to help you out.
